An automated production line is a process that raw materials enter and finished products leave, with little to no human intervention. The accurate, fast, and stable flow of production increases production time and lowers the cost of the manufactured products whilst reducing room for human error and providing a consistent output.

We are a family-owned company, founded in 1993 by Mr. Pierre-Emile Chemaly. Lebanese native engineer who had a dream to lift manufacturing and engineering to a professional level and to move our Lebanese community to Higher Standards. Since then, Chematec blossomed into one of the most respected engineering companies in the field and we are expanding our professional manners and innovating ideas to cover the entire Gulf and the Arab World. We obtained the license for Designing and Manufacturing Market’s Trolley Lift and Conveyors in 1997.
We are specialized in Pallet Elevators, Conveyor Belts, Automated Conveyor Systems, Shrinks, Packaging Lines, Dumbwaiters,
Cold storage Rooms, Crates System Distribution etc…
We have a new branch: contracting and consulting formed of three engineers, architect, mechanical and electrical.
