This unit can be installed between cross sheeter and cascade belts proofer, or before 2 ovens to feed them from same final multi-layer proofer.

This special conveyor is the ideal solution for flatbread to skip or reduce the proofing station after dough sheeting.

It can be supplied with docker, water sprayer or sesame and seeds sprinkler.

More than bypass can be installed together to allow more options for dough controlling proofing or resting time.
