Dot Mandala

Dot painting originated from aboriginal Australia and a mandala in Sanskrit means a circle representing the universe.

Dot Mandala is a geometric design or pattern made dots of different sizes with shades of colors to create various shapes.

Dot Mandala is used as drawing exercise meant for relaxation, meditation, concentration and personal emotions.

Pointillism is a technique of painting in which distinct dots of an acrylic paint covered dotting stick starting from the center to the outside are applied in patterns to form an image.

This technique is applied on wood, glass, stainless, canvas, pebble and porcelain.

Dot Mandala offer balancing visual elements, symbolizing unity and harmony.

When I paint, I often experience a deep sense of calm and well-being. I enter a state of meditation and let myself be guided to express myself and represent my mind and emotions in each piece drawn that represents my own identity and express my creative side.

It is an unique art to each person. I started practicing this art since 2019.
